Thanks to our industry sources we will also give you early access to many more pre-market properties, including off market and non-advertised properties.

So what we find that suits your brief, we shortlist and present to you. We inspect the property and even provide video walk-throughs if you like, to show you all the good and bad points that no real estate agent ever will. Its about being transparent and informed before you buy.

Handle the negotiations

Do you have expert level negotiation skills in property specifically? We’ll handle the negotiations for you with the agent or vendor, and its totally up to you if you want just sit on the sidelines and watch, or be involved blow by blow as they progress.

The aftermath

The price has been locked in, contracts are signed…it must be time for champagne. Yes it is, but only for you.

We’ll manage the entire process, right up until settlement day when we collect the keys for you to your new home. Now its our time for champagne….and you too.
