"My wife and I recently went through a process to acquire two investment properties in SE Queensland through Vlad & Jade @ Equity Wealth Group. We live in Sydney hence our brief was for a hands off process to purchase good quality / ready-to-rent / set-and-forget properties.

Upon meeting and defining our brief, Vlad recommended against units and for houses, a very good advice in hindsight. Very quickly after agreeing the brief, Vlad advised most suitable suburbs for the budget and brief. We then moved on to property selection and quickly found highly suitable products which we managed to put successful bids on. The full process took less than two months, stress free and we are very happy with the two properties, currently tenanted.

I highly recommend Equity Wealth Buyers Agents. I had Equity Wealth find my first home. I gave them a criteria, they searched all the listings, filtered out the wastes of time and showed me only the potentials that suited.

They found a place that met my criteria as well as having good growth prospects with future potential. Once the true value was worked out, we could negotiate the price from a position of strength which we did successfully. Once the contract was signed, Equity Wealth introduced me to a brilliant team of conveyancers (solicitors) and building & pest inspector that got stuck in straight away.
