  We do all the legwork for you. We attend the home opens, the private viewings – 7 days a week if required.

  We provide video walk-throughs for all shortlisted property.

  We manage all the communication with the sales agents & vendors.

  We negotiate on your behalf to get you the best possible deal to make sure you don’t overpay.

  We will attend auctions and bid on your behalf.

  We work with your team – solicitors & conveyancers, building inspectors, property managers or we can recommend them to you. Locals who are experts in their fields.

  We manage the entire process for you from start to finish, until you collect the keys on settlement day.  

What we don't do

 We are not a Real Estate sales agency.

 We do not enter contracts on your behalf on any property unless we have inspected it – ourselves.

  We do not act for real estate agents, project marketers or developers (we don’t have property stock lists).

  We do not receive commissions or kickbacks from any third parties.

  We don’t buy house & land packages or off the plan units purely based on cash flow forecasts as investments.
